A. General inspection requirements for stationery
1. Pen:
A. Smooth writing, no leakage of ink, check trademark, size, color, etc. with the sample.
B. Rotate the pen tip multiple times (if rotating) or press to eject and retract the pen tip to check its operation stability.
C. Disassemble all parts of the pen and confirm that they are completely consistent with the sample.
D. Special sampling to write for a long time to check whether the ink is normal.
E. Leakage usually takes a long time, and it is easier to find if the product is packed and stored for several days. Therefore, pay special attention to the initial state of the pen when unpacking, and may be alert to leaks involving liquid seals.
F. Rotate and shake the joint of the oil-tight seal (usually by ultrasonic welding) to assess whether there is any leaking oil.
G. For the writing function of the pen, a short time writing test is required for each sampled pen (sampling quantity and writing time according to customer requirements), and check whether the ink in the pen core has leaked (whether ink forms on the paper when writing ). Long-term writing test (sampling number and writing time according to customer requirements), check the ink of the refill for leakage and uneven ink.
2. Book cover:
A. Check whether the color, material and pattern of the book cover are consistent with the color card, information or sample.
