2020-2-8

What is silk screen?

Screen printing is to make silk screen, synthetic fiber fabric or metal screen on the screen frame, and use hand-painted film or photochemical plate-making method to make screen printing plate. Modern screen printing technology is to use a photosensitive material to make a screen printing plate by photo-engraving. (The screen holes on the screen printing plate are through holes, and the screen holes on the non-text portion are blocked. (Residential) Oil paintings, prints, posters, business cards, decorative covers, product packaging, product signs, printing and dyeing textiles, glass and metal and other flat carriers.

A. Thumb test

Condition: 5PCS or more for experimental sample
Experimental procedure: Take a sample, put the thumb on the printed picture, and test it 15 times with a force of 3 0.5 / -0KGF. Experimental judgment: The printed pattern of the product must not be notched / broken / bad ink adhesion, etc., otherwise it is unqualified.

B. 75% alcohol test

Conditions:
Experimental sample 5PCS or more
White cotton gauze
75% alcohol
1.5 0.5 / -0KGF
Experimental procedure: Bind the bottom of the 1.5KGF jig with white cotton gauze, soak it with 75% alcohol, and then use white cotton gauze to go back and forth on the printed pattern for 30 round trips (about 15SEC)
The experimental judgment: the printed pattern of the product must not have peeling off / notch breakage / poor ink adhesion, etc., and it can allow color.
The color is pale, but the printed pattern should be clear and not blurred, otherwise it is unqualified.

C. 95% alcohol test

Conditions:
Experimental sample 5PCS or more
White cotton gauze
95% alcohol
1.5 0.5 / -0KGF
Experimental procedure: Tied the bottom of the 1.5KGF jig to a white cotton gauze, dipped it in 95% alcohol, and then used the white cotton gauze to go back and forth 30 times on the printed pattern (about 15SEC)
The experimental judgment: the printed pattern of the product must not have peeling off / notch breakage / poor ink adhesion, etc., and it can allow color.
The color is pale, but the printed pattern should be clear and not blurred, otherwise it is unqualified.

D. 810 tape test

Conditions:
Test sample 5PCS or more
810 tape
Experimental procedure: 810 tape is completely stuck on the screen printing, and then the tape is rapidly pulled up at a 45-degree angle, and the measurement is performed three times in a row.
Experimental judgment: The printed pattern of the product must not be cut / broken.

E. 3M600 tape test

condition:
Experimental sample 5PCS or more
3M600 tape
Experimental procedure: The 3M600 tape is completely stuck on the screen printing, and the tape is quickly pulled up at a 45-degree angle. Just test it once.
Experimental judgment: The printed pattern of the product must not be cut / broken.

F. 250 tape test

Conditions: 1. 5PCS or more for experimental samples
250 tape
Experimental procedure: Fully adhere the 250 tape on the screen printing, and quickly pull up the tape at a 45-degree angle for three consecutive times.
Experimental judgment: The printed pattern of the product must not be cut / broken.

G. Gasoline wipe test

Conditions:
Experimental sample 5PCS or more
White cotton gauze
Gasoline mixture (gasoline: 75% alcohol = 1: 1)

1.5 0.5 / -0KGF
Experimental procedure: the bottom of the 1.5KGF jig is tied with white cotton gauze, dipped in gasoline mixture, and back and forth on the printed pattern for 30 round trips (about 15 SEC)
Experimental judgment: The printed pattern of the product must not have detachment / notch / broken line / poor adhesion of ink, etc. The color can be allowed to be light, but the printed pattern should be clear and not fuzzy, otherwise it is unqualified.

H. Ethane scrub test

Conditions:
Experimental sample 5PCS or more
White cotton gauze
N-hexane
1.5 0.5 / -0KGF
Experimental procedure: The bottom of the 1.5KGF jig is tied with white cotton gauze, dipped in n-hexane solution, and printed on the pattern for 30 round trips (about 15 SEC)
Experimental judgment: same as the previous judgment
