A. Mechanical testing standards

B. Storage temperature test standard

1. High temperature storage test
The purpose of the test: to test the suitability of the product for storage under high temperature environment

Test content: The product to be tested is not packaged or powered on. Put it into the test box at a normal position to make the temperature of the test box reach 60 ± 2 ℃. 2. Low temperature storage test

5. Condensation test
Purpose of the test: To test the applicability of the product under condensing environmental conditions

6. Temperature cycle test
The purpose of the test: to test the ability of the product to gradually change under the temperature and environmental conditions

7. Salt spray test
Test purpose: to check the anti-corrosion performance of the product

D. ESD static test standard

Test purpose: to verify the anti-static interference performance of related accessories

Test content: 1) The test environment is normal temperature 25 +/- 3 ℃, normal humidity 60% RH +/- 5. 2) The relevant accessories are required to be in conductive state during the test. 3) Use contact discharge for the metal parts of the bare related accessories, and use air discharge for other areas. 4) During contact discharge, ESD GUM is vertically attached to the measured point and starts to discharge, ten times per test point. When air is discharged, ESD GUM is placed vertically 4MM above the measured point, and the signal speed is close to the measured point after discharge. E. Life Test Standard

F. Surface treatment test

1. Adhesion test standard (sprayed surface)
Purpose of the test: To verify the adhesion ability of the coated surface of the product rubber shell
Test equipment: cross-cut tester
Test sample: 6SETS
Test content: In any flat area of ​​the coated surface, use a sharp knife to cut into 1 * 1MM small squares, 6 in each direction, the blade is scratched to the surface of the plastic shell substrate, and then 3M250 # plastic paper After adhesion, within 5 minutes, tear off the adhesive tape steadily in ~ seconds, and inspect the coated surface and the adhesive tape surface. The delamination area should not exceed the acceptance standard.

2. Adhesion test standard (paint)
Test purpose: To test the adhesion ability of the paint on the surface of the product

3. Tape peel test standard
